Service Description

Your initial evaluation is a comprehensive one-on-one session focused on your hand, upper extremity, and ergonomic needs. During this visit, we’ll review your history, assess your current function, and identify the root causes of your concerns. You’ll receive a clear explanation of your findings and a personalized roadmap for treatment, wellness strategies, and next steps toward recovery and improved performance.

Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. No-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations may result in full session charges. We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen—please reach out as soon as possible so we can make appropriate arrangements. This policy helps us provide the best care for all clients by keeping appointments available to those in need.
